EtherDelta Helper — Terms of Use

Last updated: September 12, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to EtherDelta Helper, a service provided through AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal. By using EtherDelta Helper, you agree to these Terms.

1. What EtherDelta Helper Does

EtherDelta Helper is designed to help former EtherDelta users check whether an Ethereum wallet address may still have ETH or ERC-20 token balances associated with historical EtherDelta smart contracts.

The initial balance check uses a public Ethereum wallet address and publicly available blockchain information.

You do not need to provide a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password to check an address.

2. We Never Need Your Private Keys

AskMilton.ai will never ask you for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.

Do not provide this information to us, to anyone claiming to represent us, or to anyone contacting you through social media, email, forums, messaging services, or other websites.

Possession of a seed phrase or private key can provide control over cryptocurrency associated with that wallet.

3. Free Balance Check

Checking a public Ethereum address for supported historical EtherDelta balances is free.

A result showing a balance does not guarantee that the asset has current market value, sufficient liquidity, or that recovering it will be economically worthwhile.

Very small balances may cost more in Ethereum network fees to recover than the value of the asset itself.

4. Recovery Service

If EtherDelta Helper identifies a supported recoverable balance, we may offer a guided Recovery Service for a fixed fee of $25 USD.

Payment does not transfer ownership or control of your cryptocurrency to AskMilton.ai.

The recovery process is non-custodial. You connect a compatible wallet that you control and approve the applicable transaction yourself.

AskMilton.ai does not sign blockchain transactions on your behalf and does not take custody of the cryptocurrency being recovered.

5. You Must Control the Wallet

You may use the Recovery Service only for a wallet address that you are legally authorized to control.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and recover assets associated with the address.

EtherDelta Helper is not intended to bypass wallet security, obtain another person's cryptocurrency, recover lost private keys, or provide access to a wallet you do not control.

6. Ethereum Network Fees

Ethereum transactions generally require a network fee, commonly called a gas fee.

Gas fees are separate from the $25 Recovery Service fee and are paid through your wallet to the Ethereum network—not to AskMilton.ai.

Network fees can change significantly depending on network conditions.

You will have an opportunity to review the transaction in your wallet before deciding whether to approve it.

7. Blockchain Transactions Are Irreversible

Blockchain transactions can generally not be reversed after they have been confirmed.

You are responsible for reviewing the wallet address, asset, amount, network, transaction information, and estimated network fee before approving a transaction.

If anything shown by your wallet appears incorrect or unexpected, do not approve the transaction.

8. No Guarantee of Recovery or Value

EtherDelta Helper is provided as a tool to assist users with historical EtherDelta balances.

We cannot guarantee that:

Blockchain records and third-party services can also contain limitations or experience temporary interruptions.

9. Payments Through PayPal

Payments are processed using PayPal.

We chose an established third-party payment provider so customers do not have to give AskMilton.ai their credit or debit card details.

AskMilton.ai does not collect or store your full credit or debit card number.

Payment information entered through PayPal is processed according to PayPal's own terms and privacy practices. AskMilton.ai may receive information necessary to confirm and maintain a record of the transaction, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, and related payment information supplied by PayPal.

10. Refunds

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a payment problem, contact AskMilton.ai so we can review what occurred.

Because blockchain transactions and network fees can be irreversible and involve third-party networks, refunds cannot reverse Ethereum transactions or reimburse Ethereum network gas fees.

Any refund of the AskMilton.ai Recovery Service fee will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law.

11. Optional Support and Tips

AskMilton.ai may offer optional ways to support the service, such as buying us a coffee or leaving a voluntary tip.

These payments are optional and are separate from the fixed Recovery Service fee unless clearly stated otherwise.

12. Reviews and Public Comments

Customers or verified supporters may be allowed to leave reviews or comments.

Do not post seed phrases, private keys, passwords, sensitive personal information, illegal content, spam, threats, or information belonging to another person.

We may remove content that violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or interferes with the operation of the service.

13. Third-Party Services

EtherDelta Helper may interact with or provide links to third-party services such as Ethereum, EtherDelta smart contracts, Etherscan, cryptocurrency wallets, PayPal, and blockchain explorers.

AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, fees, policies, errors, or actions.

14. No Investment or Financial Advice

EtherDelta Helper is a technical balance-checking and recovery-assistance service.

Nothing provided through the service constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

We do not recommend whether you should buy, sell, hold, trade, or otherwise use any cryptocurrency or token.

15. Security and Impersonation Warning

The official EtherDelta Helper service is provided through AskMilton.ai.

Other people may copy public website designs, text, names, screenshots, or social-media posts.

Never provide a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password because someone claims to be AskMilton.ai, EtherDelta Helper, Zircon Universal, or customer support.

When in doubt, return directly to AskMilton.ai rather than following an unsolicited link.

16. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of EtherDelta Helper as blockchain technology, third-party services, security requirements, or applicable laws change.

We may also update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will indicate the most recent revision.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses resulting from use of or inability to use EtherDelta Helper, including changes in cryptocurrency value, third-party failures, wallet errors, network fees, blockchain congestion, or transactions independently authorized by a user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your wallet, your credentials, and every blockchain transaction you authorize.

Never share your seed phrase or private key.

If you do not understand a transaction presented by your wallet, do not approve it.

19. Contact
