EtherDelta Helper — Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal handles information when you use EtherDelta Helper.

Our approach is simple: collect only what we reasonably need to operate and protect the service.

1. Checking an Ethereum Address

You can use EtherDelta Helper to check a public Ethereum wallet address for balances associated with supported historical EtherDelta smart contracts.

Ethereum wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are public blockchain information.

You do not need to provide your name, seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or payment information to perform the free balance check.

2. We Never Need Your Seed Phrase or Private Key

AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.

Do not send this information to us through a form, review, email, support request, social media, or any other method.

Anyone who possesses your seed phrase or private key may be able to control cryptocurrency associated with your wallet.

3. Information Used for the Recovery Service

If EtherDelta Helper finds a supported recoverable balance and you choose to purchase the Recovery Service, we may process or store limited information needed to provide and verify the service, including:

Your public Ethereum wallet address is used to ensure that a Recovery Service payment is associated with the wallet being recovered.

4. PayPal and Your Payment Information

Payments are processed through PayPal.

We chose PayPal so customers can use an established payment provider rather than giving AskMilton.ai their credit or debit card details.

AskMilton.ai does not collect or store your full credit or debit card number.

When you pay through PayPal, your payment information is processed through PayPal's systems and is subject to PayPal's own privacy practices and terms.

AskMilton.ai may receive and retain limited information necessary to confirm and maintain a record of the transaction, such as the payment amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, and other information PayPal provides to the merchant.

5. Wallet Connections

When you connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet during recovery, the wallet remains under your control.

EtherDelta Helper may receive the public Ethereum address exposed by your wallet so that we can verify it matches the address being recovered.

We do not receive or store your wallet's private key or seed phrase.

Your wallet software presents the blockchain transaction to you, and you decide whether to approve and sign it.

6. Public Blockchain Information

Ethereum is a public blockchain.

Wallet addresses, smart-contract interactions, transaction hashes, token transfers, and other blockchain activity may be publicly visible regardless of whether you use EtherDelta Helper.

AskMilton.ai does not control the Ethereum blockchain or remove information recorded on it.

7. Reviews and Comments

Verified customers or supporters may be allowed to submit a review or comment.

If you submit one, we may collect the display name, rating, comment, verification information associated with the eligible payment, submission time, and limited technical information used for security and abuse prevention.

Reviews and display names submitted for public posting may be displayed publicly.

Never include a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information in a review or comment.

8. Technical and Security Information

Like most web services, our servers may automatically receive technical information when the service is accessed.

This can include information such as:

We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve EtherDelta Helper and AskMilton.ai.

9. Cookies and Local Browser Storage

EtherDelta Helper may use browser storage or similar technologies when necessary for service functionality.

For example, the service may store an authorization token in your browser so it can recognize that a Recovery Service payment has already been verified for a particular wallet.

We may change the technologies used for this purpose as the service's security and functionality evolve.

10. How We Use Information

Information handled through EtherDelta Helper may be used to:

We do not need your private keys or seed phrase for any of these purposes.

11. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with service providers used to operate EtherDelta Helper, such as payment, hosting, infrastructure, security, or blockchain-data providers.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, or integrity of AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal, our users, or others.

Third-party providers operate under their own privacy practices and terms.

12. Data Retention

We may retain payment records, service authorization records, reviews, security logs, and other operational records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, legal compliance, and operation of the service.

Information recorded on a public blockchain is outside our control and may remain publicly available indefinitely.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by EtherDelta Helper.

However, no website, Internet transmission, cryptocurrency wallet, blockchain, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

One of our most important security practices is therefore something we do not collect:

We never need your seed phrase or private key.

14. Third-Party Services

EtherDelta Helper relies on or interacts with independent third-party services, which may include PayPal, Ethereum, blockchain-data providers such as Etherscan, wallet providers, and blockchain explorers.

Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

15. Children

EtherDelta Helper is intended for people legally able to control the applicable cryptocurrency wallet and enter into the transactions involved in using the service.

The service is not directed toward children.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as EtherDelta Helper changes or as legal, security, payment, or technology requirements evolve.

The Last updated date at the top will identify the current version.

17. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy or information handled through EtherDelta Helper can be directed to AskMilton.ai / Zircon Universal through the official contact information provided on AskMilton.ai.
